GIIS Ahmedabad is hiring for Administration Manager

Salary - 10-12 Lakhs per Annum

Preferred Industry - Education Industry (Schools, Universities and Other Institutes)

Age Criteria - Not More than 45 Years (Should have minimum 15 years of experience)

• Manage staff: Recruit, select, orient, and train employees
• Manage budgets: Monitor costs and expenses to help prepare budgets
• Manage policies: Create and implement policies for employees to follow
• Manage schedules: Manage schedules and deadlines
• Manage office space: Allocate responsibilities and office space
• Manage facilities: Oversee facilities services and maintenance
• Manage communication: Ensure the smooth flow of information within the company
• Manage processes: Plan, coordinate, and manage all administrative procedures and systems
• Manage performance: Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance
