Profile Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Administration Manager join our team! As an Administration Manage, you will supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage processes: Plan, coordinate, and manage administrative systems and procedures
• Manage staff: Allocate office space and responsibilities, assess performance, and provide coaching
• Manage budgets: Monitor costs and expenses to help prepare budgets
• Manage schedules: Manage schedules and deadlines
• Manage supplies: Monitor office supply inventory and purchase new supplies
• Manage facilities: Oversee facilities services and maintenance
• Manage communication: Ensure the smooth flow of information within the company
• Manage policies: Create and implement policies for employees to follow, such as payroll processes
• Manage operations: Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
• Manage projects: Keep track of multiple projects and duties

Desired Candidate’s Profile:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Administration Manager
• Very good understanding of office management processes
• Experience with financial and facilities management principles
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience managing and mentoring administrative staff
