Senior Manager- Inward and Outward Logistics

Role & responsibilities

The SCM Manager for Inward and Outward Logistics will lead and oversee the entire logistics function, ensuring efficient coordination of inbound and outbound operations, including transportation, warehousing, import/export compliance, and customs clearance. This role demands strategic planning, team leadership, and expertise in regulatory compliance to optimize supply chain performance and cost efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Minimum of [10-15] years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, and customs clearance, with at least [5-7] years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export documentation.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
