Senior Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for overall operation of production with respect to Quality, Service, Cost, Safety and People development.

2. To align strategic objectives/goals of the company and implement at the Production to achieve the expectation.

3. Responsible for design, maintain and improve production, systems and practices as per Quality expectations.

4. To participate in Monthly Management Review meetings and act appropriately.

5. Responsible for all production operations. Responsible for production review and approval of BMR/BPR, Change Control, Investigations, Deviation, Market Complaints Review, OOS/OOT & CAPA.

6. To ensure that products are produced and stored accordingly to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the required quality.

7. To approve the instructions relating to the production operations and to ensure their strict implementation.

8. To check the maintenance of equipment, department and premises.

9. To ensure that the production records are evaluated and signed by an authorised person before they are sent to the Quality Assurance Department.

10. To ensure that the appropriate validations and qualifications are done.

11. To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of the department personnel is carried out and adapted according to need.

12. Responsible for monitoring and control of the production environment.

13. To ensure production department operations as per Safety norms.

14. To participate in safety committee meetings and take appropriate measures.

15. Responsible for ensuring adequate training to Production people and plan for their development to enhance knowledge, skills and Competency.

16. To ensure proper qualification of Production equipment.

17. To ensure commercial supply is on time.

18. To operate within the budgeted cost and justify the deviation if any appropriately.

19. To represent the external Audits and to participate in the internal self-audits.

20. To perform any other additional responsibility assigned by the management as per Organizational exigencies.
