Job Description :

- Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition.

- Support in Performance Management Program.

- Fostering effective methods of Goal setting.

- Support Leaders in Employee Retention initiatives.

- Support in Employee Engagement activities.

- Ensuring HR practices/processes are in compliance to ISO standards.

- Conducting Exit interviews, Exit analysis and propose action plan to control attrition.

- Revisiting & Updating JDs from time to time.

- Collaborate with L&D Manager for assessing development needs and Training implementation.

- Collaborate with Leaders to support existing / new business projects .

- Work closely with employees to improve work relationships, morale, and retention.

Qualifications :

- MBA in Human Resource.

- 12+ years of relevant experience.

- Preference from Manufacturing Industry.

- Medical Devices and/or Healthcare industry experience.

Skills :

- Strong attention to detail.

- Effective multitasking skills.

- Strong analytical proficiency.

- Stakeholder Management.

- Strong MS Office (Excel, Power Point) skills.
