Sr. Manager Finance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, sales finance, business finance, commercial finance, revenue budgeting, and stakeholder management for the company's FMCG products.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate financial models to support business decisions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives and optimize resource allocation.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-6 years of experience in finance leadership roles within an FMCG industry.
  
• CA qualification preferred but not mandatory (essential).
  
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings effectively.
