We are a fast-growing digital marketing company looking for a talented and proactive HR Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and maintaining accurate employee records.
Handle payroll management, ensuring timely and accurate processing while adhering to compliance standards.
Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding through social media and internal communication.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and company events to promote a positive work environment.
Address employee concerns, fostering job satisfaction and maintaining open communication channels.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
Assist in updating HR policies and procedures as needed.
Must- Have Skills
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices.
