Executive/ Senior Executive HR For Pharmaceutical Company Pune HO.

Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment of Sales & marketing and updating the tracker accordingly.
• HR connect on daily basis with Sales team.
• Coordination with Recruitment consultants
• Follow-up with managers for the feedback
• Collecting Pre-employment Documents
• Sourcing CVs from various portals.
• Assist the HR Manager in all HR related activities
• Assist in Admin Related activities to HR
• Joining & Exit formalities
• Preparation of different HR reports
• Updating employee Master
• Attendance & payroll processing
• preparing different kind of letters
• Grievance handling.
• Employee Engagement Activities.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of employees.

Knowledge Required

• Relevant Experience of 4-8 yrs in HR, preferably from FMCG, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY or Manufacturing unit would be preferred.
• Honest, Hard Working Growth Mindset (Important)
• Relevant Experience in HR, preferably from FMCG, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY or Manufacturing unit.
• Working Knowledge of Relevant Laws
• Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, e-mail, and internet function
