Job Description
- Documentation and Record Management
- Maintain and update compliance related documentation and records for audits and inspections Prepare and submit statutory filings and reports to regulatory authorities on time
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws such as minimum wage, gratuity, employee benefits EPF, ESI, etc. and workplace safety regulations
- Coordination Liaise with government departments and auditors during inspections and assessments
- Work with internal teams HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless compliance processes Employee Support, address employee queries related to statutory deductions, benefits, and compliance policies Audits and Inspections
- Assist in conducting internal Good understanding of labor laws EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF, PT, CLRA
- Familiarity with government portals and online filing systems
- Excellent Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word Experience with compliance management tools is a plus
- ISO ISMS knowledge
