Executive/ Senior Executive (HR)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who can efficiently manage a mix of HR operations and HRBP responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have experience in US onboarding, exits, leave management, and payroll processing. This role requires a proactive approach to employee engagement, compliance, and HR strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain HR records, employee databases, and generate reports as needed.
• Work closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and drive HR initiatives.
• Provide support for employee engagement, performance management, and career development programs.
• Assist in policy implementation, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Good to have experience with onboarding and exit processes, including documentation and compliance for US employees.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in HR operations, HRBP, or a related HR function.
• Good to have experience in US onboarding, exits, leave management, and payroll.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR tools and systems.
