Brillio - Senior Full Stack Developer - React.js/Node.js (8-11 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 8 to 11 years of professional experience to join our team. This role requires expertise in both Node.js for backend development, React.js for frontend development, and strong proficiency in SQL databases. As a Senior Developer, you will take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery, from architecture and design to implementation, while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with product managers and designers to build scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Architect & Design Full-Stack Solutions :

- Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications using Node.js, React.js, and SQL.

- Architect and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems to support dynamic web applications.

- Ensure the seamless integration of frontend and backend services to deliver optimal user experiences and system performance.

Backend Development & Database Management :

- Design, implement, and optimize complex Node.js server-side logic and APIs.

- Collaborate with database administrators and DevOps teams to design, optimize, and maintain SQL database architectures (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

- Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers, and ensure database performance, security, and scalability.

Frontend Development :

- Lead the development of responsive and user-centric web applications using React.js, ensuring code reusability and modularity.

- Work closely with UX/UI teams to translate design mockups into high-quality, functional front-end code.

- Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API) and ensure consistent application behavior across various platforms and devices

Requirements :

Experience & Skills :

- 8-11 years of experience in full-stack development, with significant expertise in Node.js, React.js, and SQL.

- Strong experience in building and scaling RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Expert-level knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.), with experience in designing schemas, writing optimized queries, and working with complex datasets.

- Expertise in React.js, including hooks, Redux, and component-based architecture.

- Hands-on experience with state management (Redux, MobX, or Context API) and routing libraries (React Router).

- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Strong understanding of web security best practices (e.g., OAuth, JWT, CORS, XSS, CSRF).

Technical Leadership :

- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams, guiding junior developers and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes) is a plus.
