Senior Executive - SCM

Role & responsibilities

• Fluent knowledge of Machining like Milling, Turning, Wire cutting, Sparking, Fabrication, Welding.
• Capable to read engineering drawing and knowledge of software like CAD, Solid CAM, Master CAM,
• Fluent knowledge of GD&T fits and tolerances, aerospace materials.
• Fluent understanding of quality management systems and ISO9001/AS9100 standards
• Fluent knowledge of supply chain and ability to identify risks, manage them and develop mitigating actions
• Skill to access manufacturing Cycle Time, Negotiate with Supplier and identify opportunities for cost saving and process improvement.
• Drive competitiveness and performance in Trusted Supplier Network and constantly achieve OTD.
• Work to team plan & deliver tasks on-time & within budget
• Plan supplier capacity, capabilities and work distribution based on project forecast pipeline
• Guide suppliers through induction process and conduct regular supplier quality and compliance audit
• Maintain and report supplier performance matrix and drive continuous improvements
• Swiftly resolve non-conformance to minimise impact on project objectives
• Help fellow team members to deliver their work 'right first time' & 'on time in full'
• Understand project goals and objectives and complete your task within budget
• Support team member to learn standard operating procedures (SOP) and best practices
• Align your work to meet your KPIs to achieve your growth goals
• Make & implement your performance & economic growth plan
• Fluent knowledge of Supply chain quality management, audit, and compliance assurance
• Initiative and courage to explore new ideas and learn from the mistakes
• Fluency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and other MS Office software
• Experience of working with leading ERP software
