Role & responsibilities

Job Description (IPR API):

• Conducting trademark search, analysis of search results, and preparing TM search Report
• New TM filing and preparing required documents/forms
• Responding to the Examination report issued by the examiner
• Preparing arguments for hearing with trademark registry
• Preparing arguments for opposition/rectification and counter statement
• Renewal of Trademarks in India and foreign countries
• Managing Physical / Online records of trademark procedures
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and trademark attorneys for global trademark registration and maintenance
• Reviewing legal notice prepared by attorney for trademark infringement and providing response to notice from competitors
• Managing in-house portal for global trademark portfolio maintenance
