Senior Executive - Blue Collar Recruitment

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Blue-Collar Recruiter with a strong network, deep understanding of blue-collar hiring processes, and expertise in sourcing candidates through multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the e-Migrate portal, extensive knowledge of blue-collar workforce hiring, and the ability to source candidates directly. The role also involves frequent travel (8-10 days per month) for recruitment drives, networking, and hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Blue Collar Hiring: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding blue-collar candidates across various industries.
• Extensive Network & Database Management: Leverage and maintain a strong blue-collar workforce network to ensure a continuous talent pipeline.
• Direct Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and engage candidates through field visits, referrals, industry networks, social media, job portals, and direct outreach.
• E-Migrate Portal Expertise: Handle and process recruitment operations efficiently via the e-Migrate portal for overseas placements.
• Social Media & Advertisement Strategy: Utilize platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn, and other online job boards for talent acquisition.
• Collaboration with Employers & Clients: Liaise with companies, contractors, and manpower agencies to understand hiring needs and provide qualified candidates.
• Frequent Travel (8-10 Days/Month): Visit industrial hubs, labor markets, training centers, and recruitment fairs to attract candidates along with on-ground recruitment drives when client visits.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure proper documentation and compliance in line with labor laws and international hiring norms.
• Interview & Assessment: Conduct interviews, trade tests, and skill assessments to shortlist suitable candidates.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment.
• Strong blue-collar workforce network and direct sourcing capabilities.
• Expertise in the e-Migrate portal and international recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in social media marketing & advertisement platforms for recruitment.
• Experience in end-to-end blue-collar hiring across industries.
• Willingness to travel extensively (8-10 days per month).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup while delivering high-quality results.
