Job Location: Noida, Sector 80
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business Generation in assigned market.
2. Acquiring complete technical knowledge of products and be thorough on product features, technical specifications and applications in relevant segments.
3. Seeking information from customers about the details of past procurement of similar products along with pricing and technical details for the past 3 years.
4. Analyzing the current requirements of our products as well as estimating the future requirement of our products for next 2-3 years. Case related documentation should be done.
5. Preparing budgetary proposal with technical and commercial offer for budget approval.
6. Site survey (whenever required) for budgetary/ tender bid.
7. Preparing the technical bid, commercial Bid and AMC with the help of the sales team within the stipulated time frame. Inquiry level categorization should be done.
8. Attending technical bid and technical discussion at customer location.
9. Attending technical demonstration and making product presentations.
10. Attending CNC/PNC if Lowest Bidder (L1), (If required).
11. Knowledge of Integrated electronic systems like CCTV, Gate Management, and Access Control is must.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Experience on handling government clients will be an added advantage.
2. Applicants should possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office suite and strong computer literacy are required.
4. Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently is essential.
5. Proven capability to collaborate effectively across all levels.
