Qualification: Any Graduate M.B.A (HR)

Experience: 7 to 9 yrs experience in API manufacturing plant

Contract Management

- Contractors bills checking

- Checking statutory compliance records of all contractors

- All contractors payment musters checking

Guest House Administration

- Maintain the Guest House occupancy through system

- Upkeep the Guest House facility

- Expenses Control as per the Budget of Guest House

- Maintain the satisfaction level of Guests.

Canteen Management

- Monitoring Hygiene condition in Canteen

- Food Quality checking

- Monitoring Lunch Tea timings as per defined scheduled

- Verifying monthly bills of canteen

- Monitoring of effective services of canteen and coordinate with canteen contractor for necessary changes

- Meetings with Canteen Committee members and compliance the points which raised by committee members

Travel Hospitality Management

- Ensuring timely travel management

- Verifying bills of travel contractor

- Checking all documents of Vehicle like fitness certificate, PUC, RTO passing certificate, Driver License etc

- Providing vehicle facility to plant employees and visitors as and when required

- Hire vehicles for Auditors / Visitors

- Hotel Vehicle booking of Auditors / Visitors

- Ensuring timely insurance renewal, maintenance and repairs of company vehicles

- Verify monthly Petrol / Diesel bill of company vehicle

- Ensure shift wise driver for company vehicles and ambulance

Uniform Change Room Management

- Arrangement of Annual Uniforms of all employees

- Maintain Change rooms properly

- Lockers checking (all change rooms) and data maintenance

Mediclaim Activities

- Fill up dependent s updation forms

- Process the Mediclaim files follow-ups for claim settlement

- Awareness Sessions to all Employees to opt TOP UP facility and Mediclaim Facility for Parents
