Sr. Executive- Engineering- Process & Utility (Intermediate)

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for handling of breakdown, modification, preventive maintenance & calibration activities.
2. Responsible to attend routine electrical maintenance works of Equipments, Instruments & Facilities.
3. Responsible for all type of major & minor Electrical & Utility related breakdown in the company.
4. To ensure that all the logbooks/ reports related to Electrical & Utility are maintained properly.
5. Responsible to attend the equipment breakdown on priority basis to reduce the downtime of equipment.
6. Responsible for preparation, review and maintained all QA related documents of engineering department as per SOP's
7. Responsible for execution of schedule as per related respective SOPs
8.Responsible for preparation of annual planner for functional training plant and training needs identification given trainee as per planner
9.Responsible for maintain his training records, functional, GMP & Safety.
10.Responsible for compliance report for internal & external audit.
11. Responsible for Preparation of monthly electrical reports power consumption, diesel consumption, & Physical stock
12. Responsible for prepare, review & safety work permits. (Hot work, height work) & ensure engineering person working with Proper PPE's used & safety permits.
