Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities

Primary:

• Develop new Offset INK formulations using existing or new materials for new enquiries.
• Resolve INK quality issues and recommend changes in materials, processes if any.
• Vendor development and Qualifications
• Technical support to production & QC team.
• Document and report result of INK formulation testing, maintenance, development and issues in accordance with quality standards.
• Maintain the quality instruments as per the standards.

Other:

• Review supplier quality assurance certificates of conformance
• Perform quality assurance testing on incoming raw materials
• Document and report result of incoming raw materials quality assurance testing.
• Develop and maintain raw materials quality assurance testing procedures
• Conduct audits on in-process tests used in production relating to INKs and other raw materials.

Skills Required

• Experience in Printing INKs (offset / Screen / Flexo printing) is most desirable. Especially Offset & UV Flexo INKs - R&D formulations, Production & Customer complaint handling
• Knowledge in other INK formulations can be considered.
• Should have Knowledge of lab instruments, processes and techniques/methods applicable to quality control.
• Knowledge in audits –an advantage
• Report writing skills
• Color matching skills
