Research Development Engineer

Ÿ Ensures the management of a team in charge of technical assistance in various applications (polymer processing, SMC/DMC/APG/PULTRUSION PROCESS etc.).

Ÿ Responsible for defining the division of the studies within his team in respecting priority and deadlines.

Ÿ Responsible for the planning and the coordination of application research activities and for supervising the application control in lab with formulation codification from lab scale to bulk production.

Ÿ Works closely with the regional commercial team.

Ÿ Coordinates training of local distributors.

Ÿ Keeps up with all the new product launch from corporate team

Ÿ Ensures the right skills of his/her collaborators and their training in line with the job requested.

Ÿ Checks technological intelligence in the applications regarding methods evolution and check the competitive benchmarking.

Ÿ Checks equipment for conformity, including maintenance.

Ÿ Ensures the application of the QHSE instructions in the lab.

Ÿ Understand plant environmental health and safety regulations and comply with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Ÿ Maintain and Update all records in respective folders of MS team.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile BTech in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent Qualification and 5 year experience in R& D work experience
