As a Research Assistant, you will play a key role in experimental research, materials characterization, and the development of next-generation battery technologies..

Key Responsibilities.

Assist in designing and conducting experiments related to rechargeable battery materials..

Explore and optimize materials for enhanced energy density, safety, and longevity..

Perform battery fabrication, assembly, and performance testing..

Conduct physical, chemical, structural, and electrochemical characterizations using advanced techniques such as XRD, SEM, TEM, Raman spectroscopy, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS)..

Analyze data to assess material properties, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions..

Maintain detailed and organized records of experimental methods, data, and outcomes..

Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external audiences..

Work closely with senior researchers and other team members to achieve project objectives..

Tackle research challenges with innovative approaches and solutions..

Stay updated on the latest advancements in rechargeable battery technology, materials science, and related fields..

Requirements.

Tech/M.

Hands-on experience or thesis work focused on rechargeable batteries..

Proficiency in techniques for physical, chemical, and electrochemical characterization..

Familiarity with battery design, assembly, and testing..

Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex research challenges..

Strong organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting..
