Purpose of the role:
As a growing and people driven organization, HR plays a key role in Kestones success.
It is a critical function and has a high impact on the business. This role has good mix of hiring and HR business partnering/generalist.
The role requires working closely with different business functions and people managers for gathering hiring requirements, and manging hiring process.
In addition to recruitment, the role requires managing new joinee experience, HR operations, working closely with people managers, HR team members, and the rest of the team and being the local HR SPOC, anchoring and implementing various HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Managing the entire recruitment life cycle, that is, from understanding the job profile, sourcing, screening/conducting screening interview, scheduling, negotiating, and follow-up till joining and ensuring candidates joining
• Guiding hiring managers on hiring and interviewing practices and contributing in improving hiring process
• Support in new joinee onboarding and experience
• Being the first HR point of contact for the local team
• Implementing various HR initiatives and projects like learning and development, performance management, employee engagement and connecting with the local team and rest of the HR team, to name a few
Skills, Educational qualification, Experience and who you are:
• You have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles
• You possess a full-time Post Graduate degree or equivalent in HR
• Excellent English and Hindi language communication skills (verbal & written)
• You are good at MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Emails)
• You have very high level of curiosity and willingness to learn
• You are enthusiastic, love taking initiative and want to be the best in your field
