Job Description
- Having experience in breakdown of process equipments in plant and related documentation in SAP module.
- Handled field instruments and tools
- To execute the Planned preventive maintenance activity as per schedule in SAP module. To prepare the project activity schedules & ensure the adherence of agreed timelines for delivery of the project activities.
- Preparation and execution of calibration activities as per the plan for all field instruments and equipments i.e preventive maintenance, scheduled Calibrations, breakdown maintenance, ongoing plant modifications, QMS management etc.
- Preparation of Instrument Data sheet, P&IDs, control philosophy preparation based on user requirements. Experience in HMI, PLC & SCADA detailing to suit the process requirements, Familiar with Computerized System Validations, to prepare protocols such as URS, Design Qualification (DQ), Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ)
- To comply with cGMP and EHS norms during execution of jobs.
