IndiGo - Senior Executive - Aircraft Acquisition & Finance (1-2 yrs)

1. Contract Management: Oversee the management of aircraft acquisition contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all relevant documentation.

2. Lease Agreement Management: Handle all aspects of aircraft lease agreements including reviewing, and managing lease documentation, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

3. Aircraft Financing Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to aircraft financing, ensuring clarity and accuracy in line with financial.

4. Document Signing & Execution: Coordinate the signing and execution of key documents and agreements, ensuring timely completion and proper record-keeping of all signed documents.

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient management of all acquisition and financing processes.

6. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain an organized system for all documents, providing periodic reports on the status of acquisition and financing processes.

7. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices in all documentation and agreements.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: MBA or equivalent qualification in business, finance, or related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of documentation for contract management and lease agreements.

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in document handling.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain comprehensive filing systems.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
