Job Description
This position will be responsible for management/tracking the inventory for DaaS, creating MIS reports
based on requirement, close coordination with stakeholders for timely delivery of spares and
equipment, understanding process gaps and highlighting the same for improvement/change etc.
Essential duties and Responsibilities:
1) Managing DAAS inventory through SAP with support from the field team.
2) Preparing weekly reports and regular monitoring of DaaS inventory.
3) Coordination with internal stakeholders for timely delivery of items/systems
4) Creating MIS, documents, and data reports as necessary.
5) Supporting for timely preparation of invoices and POs.
6) Reduce inventory mismatch (variance) to 0.5%.
7) Coordination for shipping of unserviceable/defective equipment for repair on time.
8) Timely availability of UINs and insurance of all equipment shipped to meet necessary compliances.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
Degree in Aeronautical / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics / mechatronics with experience 3-4 yrs.
SKILLS/FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
Proficient in use of MS Office (MS Excel, power point and word)
1-2 yrs experience on SAP/ERP tools

Work Closely with CSS, Production and SCM team for timely readiness of equipment
