Job Description
- Calling clients and providing a demonstration of the application and product
- Activation of Inactive accounts and pitching cross-sales wealth products
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients.
- Leads Follow-ups until maturity, consistent in performance and achieving targets.
- Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions.
- Skills good convincing skills achieving monthly targets on provided leads.
- Maintain and update the leads database. responsibilities
- Confident self-target oriented, Self-motivated with good communication skills
- Follow communication protocols, and rules, and adhere to SOP and policies.
- They should have excellent communication skills
- Flexibility with shifts and timings
- Open to work on weekends also if required
- Should be pro-technology and should have experience of working with CRM/Ticketing Systems
- Should have some basic knowledge of the stock broking Industry (preferable)
- Preferably from the Stock Broking Domain.
