Executive / Sr. Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic: The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the financial stability and profitability of the paints business while fostering strong customer relationships. The Executive Credit Control is responsible for managing credit risk, streamlining financial operations, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Financial: Plays a pivotal role by overseeing and optimizing critical financial processes related to Accounts Receivable, Order to Cash (O2C), Customer Onboarding, Credit Note & Debit Note, and Banking.

Operational:

1. Accounts Receivable Management: The role involves meticulous monitoring and management of accounts receivable to facilitate timely collections, minimize outstanding balances, and resolve billing discrepancies. This ensures a healthy cash flow and supports the financial sustainability of the organization.
2. Order to Cash (O2C) Process: By overseeing the end-to-end O2C process, the Executive Credit Control contributes to the efficient and accurate processing of orders and the collection of payments. Collaboration with other departments ensures smooth order fulfillment and billing operations.
3. Customer Onboarding: Assessing the creditworthiness of new customers and establishing appropriate credit limits are crucial to managing risk. Collaborating with the sales team to create credit terms and payment plans is essential in promoting growth while minimizing financial exposure.
4. Credit Note & Debit Note Management: This responsibility involves reviewing and processing credit and debit notes accurately and promptly. By addressing discrepancies and maintaining accurate records, the Executive Credit Control safeguards the financial integrity of the business.
5. Banking Process: Managing banking transactions and ensuring the accurate recording of financial activities is fundamental. This role plays a pivotal role in financial reconciliation and resolving banking-related issues.

Educational Qualification
