Executive / Sr. Executive - Lamination (solvent Based machine)

Role & responsibilities

• Should be able to operate solvent based lamination machine.
• Must action production orders and job assignments received from supervisors.
• Verify the materials supplied for production to ensure the correct job is produced.
• Set up press by hanging the proper roll of film, setting up feeder and delivery and setting the correct timing and tension required. 
• Pull proof sheets to confirm material position, adhesion and appearance and secure an approval prior to the production run.
• Complete the job by maintaining optimum production rate and maintaining all quality standards in accordance to customer specifications in adherence to company guidelines for monitoring defects.
• Maintain continuous inspection of job specifications and collecting production run samples as required
• Follow all safety and operational procedures.
• Maintain production records in ERP and log in book.
• Ensure proper cleanliness of machine and immediate work area.
• Assist in machine repairs.
• Complete weekly machine maintenance.
