Executive / Sr. Executive QC

Role & responsibilities

• To design and manage quality systems to ensure zero defect product and process.
  Establish the Project Quality Management System plan, procedures and adherences. Coordinate the annual QMS Management Review and track opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain Standard Operating Practices.
• Determine quality standards and specifications, review and update them as and when required.
• Good understanding of production workflow.
• Developing and ensuring Offline and Online Quality testing techniques are followed at all times to ensure flawless project deliveries.
• Closely work with scheduling and production teams to establish priorities of work for material inspection.
• Check and analyse daily quality control and activity reports.
• Analysis of various quality issues arising out of process gaps, stock/material problems, inks, chemicals, etc., and helping production team to reach set quality standards.
• Work with vendors and clients on quality related issues

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should preferably from printing, packaging, converting, coating industry.
