• Directing all financial operations and implementing policies and strategies for the finance department.
• Managing and overseeing the financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and cash flow management.
• Performing continuous financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting daily to maintain fiscal health of the company.
• Ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
• Developing systems to process payments and maintain reports on expenses, budgets, invoices, and other financial dealings.
• Working closely with the management team to formulate the companys future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
• Keeping the senior management informed of the organization s financial status and acting as an advisor to senior managers, providing valuable financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing strategy.
• Leading the internal audit functions to review all financial systems, controls and procedures.
• Handling financial forecasting and risk analysis, whilst seeking out methods and practices to minimize financial risk to the company.
• Coordinating with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, bankers, and other regulatory bodies.
• Directing and managing companys taxation affairs to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.

• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering from a reputed university.
• Certified ICWAI/CMA from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
• A minimum of 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience in finance or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and capacities to effectively communicate complex financial matters.
