Job Description:
- We are looking to hire Business Development Managers based in Mumbai/ New Delhi with 3-8 years of B2B sales experience in assessments/training & development/recruitment solution sales/software solution sales/HR Solution services/Staffing solutions who will be responsible for.
- Driving business growth in the assigned location/region by developing and implementing sales plans.
- New client acquisition and creating new business opportunities with existing clients by engaging with key stakeholders.
- Understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions aligned to them.
- Delivering compelling presentations, product demonstrations and proposals.
- Achieving and exceeding sales revenue targets for profitable growth.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
- Keeping up to date with enhancements to product and tests & assessments.
- Monitoring and reporting on competitor activities.
Key requirements/Minimum Requirements:
- MBA graduate with at least 3 years of experience in B2B Sales.
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Focused and goal oriented.
- Willingness to travel.
- Willingness to stay up to date with the industry trends.
