Role & responsibilities

• Development for BOP for Micro Motors
• New supplier selection & part development as per issued drawing
• Zero base costing for sheet metal / Casting / Machining / other manufacturing process.
• Should be technically strong in manufacturing process & part process study.
• PPAP documentation, FMEA, DFMEA, APQP hand on knowledge
• Supplier audits for capability study, Evaluation, evolution.
• Localization for imported material for cost reduction & quality improvement.
• Supplier Contracts.
• Open for travel.
