Sr Engineer, Scribe Design Quality and Systems

Job Description Summary

As a member of Microns R&D Scribe Design Team, you will support advanced technology development through scribe test structure design and layout, scribe database management and reticle creation. In this role you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing quality management systems for the Scribe Design Team. You will use processes and metrics to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the scribe team. In this position, you will work with Process, Integration, Manufacturing, and Design teams across the company.

• The ability to be flexible with travel and work times.
• Understanding of device characterization, and relation of test structure layout to measurement results
• Layout and Verification skills in Cadence and Calibre
• Experience in scribe design, layout, verification, and tapeout
• Knowledge of mask Design business processes, design and tapeout flows.

Education & Experience requirements:

• BS degree in science or engineering or equivalent experience is required.
• 4+ years in an engineering experience required.
• Experience with mask design, manufacturing, and quality.
