Sr Engineer, Nvmqra CXL, Test

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a skilled Senior Engineer to join our Non-Volatile Memory QRA (NVMQRA) team. In this role, you will design, develop, and debug complex test programs to validate the qualification of Micron's CXL products. Your responsibilities will span the entire product lifecycle, from early development to end-of-life, ensuring the reliability of our devices under test (DUT).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test procedures to assess product reliability.
• Deliver high-quality test programs on time.
• Follow best coding practices and processes.
• Develop automated test scripts using Python and other tools.
• Collaborate with qualification teams to align test flows with qualification strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure testing strategies meet business goals and customer needs.
• Provide technical expertise to internal and external customers.
• Develop custom test methods based on application usage models.
• Communicate directly with customers as needed.
• Review customer qualification specifications and provide risk assessments.
• Assess and communicate customer feedback internally.
• Support global qualification meetings.
• Onboard and mentor new team members.
• Interface with engineering groups on quality issues.

Requirements:

• BS degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Python and object-oriented software development.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor memory and data storage products.
• Understanding of industry-standard reliability test methods and life prediction models.
• Experience in SSD/Modules Test Development and technical standards such as PCIe/NVMe/CXL is preferred.
• Work Experience : - 4 to 12 years
