Making check sheet of received Audit engines from production Plant
Insure all the parts are as per Type Approval document before emission testing
Maintain all the testing Data of Audit engines
Pre dispatch inspection of all tested engines
Sending engines back to production Plant after Audit testing
To coordinate with Nodal agencies & Kagal QA team for required material for COP testing after COP testing sending them back to production plant.
To Coordinate with CRE and QA at Kagal for internal QA verification of engines as per plan , after internal verification of engines sending them back to production plant
Responsible for engines reediness before emission tests
To maintain relevant documents and record, monitor the AOP and due models for COP
COP done in time.

Knowledge of Emission Engine Testing,
CPCB IV+ Emission Norms, BSV Emission Norms, TREM IV Emission Norms.
Knowledge of Type Approval & CoP Certification
