1. Hands on experience in Java back-end development and skills with Spring-boot framework of minimum 5 years and Max 8 years
2. Should have hands on experience with data structures
3. Should have hands on experience with ORMs
4. Familiar with Microservices design & event design patterns
5. Understanding of the Design Patterns, Architectural Blueprints, UML and Application Design
6. Hands on experience with RDBMS ( Min 4 years )
7. Ensure youve written adequate test cases to verify design requirements are being met.
8. Basic Knowledge on AWS ( EC2, Pipeline, lamda services ) is preferred.
8. Excellent communication skills and an ability to work in a team and also work as an individual developer
9. Knowing Streaming application like Kafka, RabbitMQ and AWS is added advantage
10. Knowing integration framework like Camel is an added advantage
11. Candidate should have an engineering mindset and adapt to contemporary technologies
