Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with expertise in managing large advertising budgets exceeding $100,000 per month across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep proficiency in performance marketing strategies, campaign optimization, data-driven decision-making, and achieving measurable business outcomes.

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to meet business goals such as lead generation, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and retention.

Design and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube Ads.

Create and optimize dynamic campaigns tailored to specific customer segments based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data.

2. Performance Marketing Execution

Plan and test bidding strategies (eg, Manual CPC, Target CPA, and ROAS-based bidding) to achieve optimal performance.

Optimize ad performance by running A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages.

Drive scaling initiatives by identifying high-performing campaigns and expanding audiences, geographies, and channels.

Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per click (CPC), and ROAS, to ensure goals are achieved efficiently.

Stay agile by adapting campaigns to seasonal trends, competitor strategies, and platform algorithm updates.

3. Budget Management

Oversee monthly advertising budgets exceeding $100,000, ensuring strategic allocation to maximize ROI.

Forecast performance and spend, maintaining alignment with revenue targets and profitability goals.

4. Analytics & Reporting

Continuously analyze campaign performance, providing detailed weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.

Track and report on customer acquisition costs (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLTV), and other advanced metrics.

Use analytics tools (eg, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio) to monitor and measure campaign outcomes.

5. Technical & Conversion Tracking

Set up and manage tracking mechanisms, including pixels, UTM tags, and event-based tracking for accurate data collection and attribution.

Work with developers to troubleshoot and implement conversion tracking, ensuring all campaigns are measurable and scalable.

Experiment with emerging performance marketing platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.

Develop and implement retargeting strategies to re-engage past website visitors and cart abandoners.

Leverage first-party and third-party data for lookalike audience targeting and personalized ad delivery.

6. Collaboration & Innovation

Partner with content and creative teams to produce high-converting ad assets tailored to platform-specific audiences.

Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaigns with broader company objectives and product launches.

Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative performance marketing tactics, such as AI-driven audience optimization, dynamic creative testing, or predictive analytics.

Preferred Skills:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in the relevant field.

Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns with monthly budgets exceeding $100,000.

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns.

Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution models, and data-driven decision-making.

Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel.

Deep understanding of performance drivers on Ecommerce Platforms, and proven experience with campaign management for high traffic ecommerce platforms.
