Job Description
- PMP and Scrum Master certified candidates preferred
- Should have Project management experience for more than 4 years
- Should have lead team of size more than 15 people
- Should have People management experience, Should be able to state clear goals to team, access the performance and provide effective feedback
- Should be aware of different project execution technique Agile, Waterfall method, CI-CD/Scrum/SAFe, use of tools like Jira, git, clearcase etc
- Should have lead team and delivered multiple project in parallel
- Should be able to guide team technically and process wise
- Should have worked with cross cultural teams and across different team in the organisation
- Hands on Experience in Software design, development in RAN products/features in CUHands on experience of one or more of
- RRC
- RRM
- OAM
- PDCP
- NG-AP
- NG-U
- SDAP
- X2AP
- XnAP
- F1AP
- Good knowledge on ORAN interfacesShould have experience on C/C, Software design, development
- Design and implementation experience on SA, NSA and NR-DC, CA features
- Hands on experience on different test tools, simulators- should be able to script test cases using various scripts
- Authoring design documents/ grooming scrum user stories/BL items
- Customer issues analysis using various logs, such as, development/Wireshark logs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, mentoring to other engineers in team
- Candidates with B.Tech/ M.Tech in CSC/ ECE or allied stream
