Job Description
- Understand and analyze clients business requirements to design and implement effective data solutions.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.
- Create and optimize data models to support client reporting and analytics needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and visualization.
- Proactively communicate with clients to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, if applicable.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve data engineering processes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in data engineering/analytics , with a proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end data solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis .
- Experience with data warehouse platforms like Snowflake and Google BigQuery is highly desirable; familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS is a plus.
- Experience with modern data stack tools (such as fivetran,dbt, census) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with airflow, databricks, and event tracking tools such as Heap & Segment is nice to have.
- Getting things done, knowing how to unblock yourself, communicating, and engaging with customers proactively with minimal supervision.
- Requires travel to client site in Pune for 2-3 days per week
