Job Description

Assists Chief of Staff (CoS) to manage the Presidents agenda, prioritizing meetings and information flow.

Assist in making presentations for the President for key meetings.

Research topics or gather data relevant to the Presidents meetings or projects.

Assist with reporting requirements internally that needs to go out from President s office.

Assists with special projects and initiatives assigned by the President and the CoS.

Assist in tracking progress towards goals and provide regular updates to the President.

Administrative support

Assist in managing the Presidents calendar by scheduling appointments, confirming details, and handling conflicts.

Help with booking flights, hotels, and car rentals for the executives trips. Maintain travel itineraries and track expenses.

Screen incoming emails and calls, prioritizing them for the EAs attention. Draft basic replies or take messages as needed.
