Designation : Sr Manager Business Development
Experience : Min 7-8 Years+ experience in Warehouse Space Selling
Location: FTWZ,Panvel
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve assigned annual revenue budget targets.
2. Drive performance of a team of sales executive towards achieving their targets.
3. Plan and launch segment-specific strategic initiatives for sustainable growth of business.
Key Deliverables:
1. Personally contribute to acquiring 5-6 large corporate customers every year (Rs 4-6 Cr revenue p.a.).
2. Achieve assigned Sales team's productivity target.
3. Lead at least two strategic initiatives for the BD team.
Desired competencies:
1. Proven experience in big game hunting.
2. Proven expertise in team building and driving people performance.
3. Rich experience in key account management.
4. Overall work experience 8 years and above.
