Role Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.
- This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
- As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for both strategic planning and hands-on execution, serving as both a leader and an individual contributor within our sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and prioritize key target markets, industries, and clients for business development efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT Services Industry, market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
