Senior Business Development Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:
1)Scout properties in line with technical and location requirements.
2)Liaise with real estate agents to source properties.
3)Analyze rental market rates and negotiate favorable terms.
4)Screen and check property documents before submission for legal review.
5)Oversee agreements and ensure they are registered promptly.
6)Maintain licenses and documentation for kitchen properties.
7)Act as the liaison between landlords and the projects team to ensure smooth operations.
8)Support facilities vendors and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
9)Conduct regular property visits for asset handling and property management.
10)Track and ensure the completion of landlord responsibilities within timelines.
11)Ensure operational concerns are resolved promptly, maintaining smooth operations.

Desired Skills of Desired Candidate
1)Education Qualification: Any Graduate
2)Experience: Minimum 2years of experience in Real estate acquisition and leasing roles
3)Understanding real estate in the assigned city
4)Knowledge of marketing trends in real estate
5)Contacts and connections with property developers/ mall developers
6)Knowledge of local applicable rules & regulations
