Location: Pune / Bengaluru

Experience: 15+ years

T-Systems is looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst who will be working in a cross functional and international team within an innovative and agile environment.

Subject matter would be responsible for bridging the gap between business and IT by defining business requirements and getting them approved with stakeholders which can help to finalize product roadmap.

This includes the following tasks and areas of responsibility:

Analysing and evaluating the current business processes a company/customer has and identifying areas of improvement.
Responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business
Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
Develop solutions to problems in a business by defining, documenting and analysing requirements
Presenting ideas and findings to the customer
Improve and streamline processes that help an organization/customer meet its objectives and reach goals
Maintain requirements through constant change by using innovation to do so
Accountable for conducting UAT and E2E testing
Keeping Jira backlog prepared, estimated and prioritized in advance
Trending of day-to-day issues and questions and work closely with customer and development team
Follow development cycle according to Agile process
Active participation in Iteration Reviews and Customer Demo sessions
Demonstration of features for customer
Align system requirements with Architects and Team
Researching and reviewing up-to-date business processes and new IT advancements to make systems more modern.

You have at least 15+ years of professional experience as Business Analyst in telecom domain. In addition, you convince with the following knowledge and skills:

Extensive experience and knowledge in projects with Telecom domain, having expertise on RAN config management with expertise in telecom - OSS, Service Management, Inventory Modelling, Service design and configuration management, RAN config.
Good understanding on O-RAN architecture and O-RAN alliance specifications
Very good understanding on inventory modeling
Know-how on technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka etc.
Experience on tools like Confluence, Jira, Draw.io, Swagger, Postman, GitLab
Experience in working on software tools such as Microsoft Visio, BPMN, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, IBM Rational Rose UML, Enterprise Architect (Sequence Diagram, Process Diagram & Object Relationship diagram)
Fluent in English
