Job Title : Senior Business Analyst
Location : WFH (WFH. But should come to the office once in a quarter based on the need with his own expenses).
Position : Full Time
Required Experience : 5-20 years
Timings : 4:30 PM IST to 1:30 AM IST.

Job Description (Job Summary/Roles & Responsibilities):
• Work with clients to optimize the use of the LauraMac platform in their operations.

• Advocate for clients to improve the LauraMac technology by studying current practices and designing modifications and/or enhancements.
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Analyse client specified audit questions and available data sets to design rules to substantially automate the audit process of a mortgage loan.
• Work with the engineering team by answering questions and clarifying requirements.
• Support QA and user acceptance testing of system rules.
• Participate on client calls to clarify business requirements.
• Participate on team meetings to provide updates and clarify requirements.

Requirements:

• Ability to read, analyse and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure
• manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, business leaders and a technology development team.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to apply
• mathematical operations to such tasks as determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several
• abstract and concrete variables.
• A thorough understanding of the line of business.

Computer skills:

• Required: expert level on Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Preferred: familiar with basic computer programming skills (Java, Angular).
• Attention to detail.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding time management skills.

Desired Skills:

• 3 to 15 years of related experience in the mortgage business.
• Mortgage experience with subject matter expertise preferred in Third party due diligence.
• Secondary marketing / mortgage trading or correspondent operations.
• Servicing boarding.
• Document recognition and data extraction.

Education & Certifications:
Any bachelors or master’s degree.
