Job Description:
Designation: Brand Manager / Sr. Brand Manager - (Preganews)
Department: Product Management Team
Reporting To: Asst. General Manager - Marketing
Job Location: Delhi, Corporate Office
Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in marketing, preferably in FMCG, OTC, CHC industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, strategies, and platforms.
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork and market visits.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and multiple projects simultaneously.
Years of Experience: 5+ Years into Brand Marketing
Mandate Pointers / Tools / Skill Set Needed:
- Expertise in market research and consumer behavior analysis.
- Experience in managing brand campaigns and working with celebrity endorsements (if applicable).
- Experience in handling/churning RMS market data coming from Nielson & IQVIA, to make region focused brand strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, etc.
Key Metrics:
- Brand awareness and equity growth.
- Campaign ROI and customer acquisition cost.
- On-ground execution and feedback implementation.
- Increase in sales and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Plan annual and quarterly marketing budgets and ensure optimal utilization.
2. Brand Management:
- Drive brand visibility and positioning across target markets.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertisements, product packaging, and digital assets.
3. Field Work:
- Conduct regular market visits to gather insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and product performance.
- Interact with distributors, retailers, and sales teams to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and market gaps through on-ground observations and interactions.
4. Campaign Development and Execution:
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to produce impactful campaigns.
5. Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Provide insights for new product development and go-to-market strategies.
6. Team and Stakeholder Management:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance.
- Coordinate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies.
- Work with external stakeholders, including vendors and partners, to execute marketing plans effectively.
7. Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and email campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize for better ROI.
8. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
- Prepare and present reports on marketing performance and ROI to senior management.
