Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join Gritzo, a leading online child nutrition brand in India.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- P&L Ownership: Managing profit and loss, achieving topline and bottom-line targets as per the annual plan.
Leading NPDs (New Product Developments):
- Identifying potential white spaces for the brand to explore.
- Collaborating with R&D teams on product formulation, packaging, pricing, and market launch.
Scaling Quick Commerce Channels for Gritzo:
- Working with the Q-Com team to build growth levers across product, sampling, communications, and brand scale-up.
Category Management:
- Overseeing revenue ownership for sub-categories within the brand.
- Managing product offerings, whitespace mapping, scaling online channels, and influencer amplification in collaboration with channel teams.
User-Driven Growth Campaigns:
- Gaining insights from customer cohorts using first-party data from D2C websites and third-party e-commerce data.
- Creating user segmentation and engagement funnels, conducting A/B testing, and developing growth hypotheses.
- Analyzing end-to-end life cycle funnels and attribution metrics to refine marketing strategies.
- Cross-Brand Associations/Tie-Ups: Identifying new partnership opportunities to leverage networks for Gritzo's growth.
Performance Monitoring:
- Analyzing brand performance, identifying growth opportunities, and tracking competition.
- Creating daily dashboards and collaborating with analytics teams to streamline data reporting.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Experience: 4-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, growth-driven mindset, and expertise in product and category management.
