Facilitate and drive meetings Planning, Project tracking, Retrospectives, Weekly syncups, etc.
Proactive approach in identifying and managing project risks and issues ensuring appropriate strategies
and plans are in place to mitigate or handle effectively.
Drive impediments towards resolution. Proactively work with teams to understand the need, the owner
and the impact of impediments.
Implement quality up front initiatives and champion/support organic process and microimprovements
with Agile teams.
Good handson experience in agile project management using SCRUM and Scaled agile frameworks.
6+ years of overall technology experience, knowledge of software development methodologies, and
significant project management experience
Knowledge about project management tools like Microsoft project, Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (MS ADO),
JIRA and other ALM tools including creating reports, dashboards and queries.
Creates, maintains, and shares metrics, team tools, burndown and burnup charts, progress
dashboards, time tracking reports, executive reports, etc
Create Leadership Dashboards ensuring data quality to promote accurate business decisions.
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within
diverse and crossfunctional teams, ability to drive consensus.
Certifications like PSM/CSM, SAFe 6 Agilist/ SAFe6.0 Scrum Master.
Application development experience is a plus.
