Job Description
- Responsible for project management activities, including project setup and resource assignment in Changepoint by ensuring the global process is followed
- Handle day-to-day tasks and email requests within agreed timescales (SLA)
- Ensure good relationships with other teams across the business including Clients, Stakeholders, Delivery Managers, Management, and other Finance Teams
- Making sure the Timesheets are updated in the system by following up with the resources
- Action requests of resources - all elements including timesheets / projects / non-projects / onboarding / expenses
- Com / MBA (Finance) with 5 to 8 years of experience in Finance-PMO/AR with IT / ITES MNCs
- Expertise in MS Excel with knowledge of receivable accounting
- Previous experience in Finance PMO will be a bonus
- Customer-oriented with the ability to interact positively with all stakeholders, resources, and internal teams
- Excellent written verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced dynamic working environment, team player
- May be required to work in European shift (12 PM to 9 PM IST)
