Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Consultant with 2-5 years of professional experience to carry out market research, execute demand studies, feasibility studies and valuation assignments. The candidate is expected to have at least 2 years of work experience in real estate consulting and good understanding of Hyderabad city and its real estate market. The candidate should also have good communication skills and experience in preparing and presenting reports to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate market data collection
Site visits, site assesssment and neighbourhood assesment
Market demand and supply assessment for various asset classes such as residential, commercial, retail and hospitality
Preparation of feasibility studies, valuation reports and concept development plans
Preparation of presentations & reports and presenting them to clients
Market research and assisting the team in business development

Qualification

Masters in Real Estate / Valuation / Construction Management / Urban Planning / Business Administration

Job Requirement

Proficiency in MS Office
Familiarity with mapping, graphing and drawing Tools
Strong communication and presentation skills

Worst higher level management. As they dont know. What is going on at the base level and just keeps on putting immeasurable pressure. With near to no marketing cost and bad marketing team. They will want you to work as a local road side broker.
