Valuation and Advisory prolfile:

Role & Key Responsibility:

Spearhead and independently work on valuation mandates
Work on detailed financial models / multi-asset financial models
Oversee market databases for various real estate asset classes in the respective geographies
Carry out real estate market research based on valuation requirements
Client interaction, presentation to Clients on valuations
Actively assist in Business Development

Job Requirement

Work experience 1 - 2 years preferred but not mandatory
Graduate in any stream and MBA Finance / General Management
Report writing skills, articulation, presentation skills
Having good analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Proficiency in MS word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel

Worst higher level management. As they dont know. What is going on at the base level and just keeps on putting immeasurable pressure. With near to no marketing cost and bad marketing team. They will want you to work as a local road side broker.
